A unique development brand that pulled inspiration from the rich history and heritage of the Sullivan area.
We started with inspiration from the original Sullivan Station which opened in 1898 in the Mahood Creek section by the Sullivan Brothers and the Hiland family that was part of the overall branding to this project.
From there we then built our branding applications which featured a heritage red and a dark brown on a crisp white palette in all the print collateral, web presence, outdoor signage and the sales centre that features a 2,698 sq. ft. clubhouse.
