For this 46 unit townhouse development, RB+D was approached to develop a marketing strategy based on the release of modern and affordable townhomes set in the heart of South Surrey.
We attentively developed a strategic creative campaign that included all aspects of showcasing the luxurious details and features of these homes – from a stand alone sales centre featuring 2 full scale kitchen models and ensuite, colour schemes, and information boards to highly detailed 3D renderings.
